Sketchology meetup group

Meetup Sketchology logo, the business of visual byline

I’ve set up a Sketchology group on meetup so that as I travel around Aotearoa, in my camper van, I can host meetups on a series of sketch related topics, which I’ll develop over time, and in response to members’ requests.

If you don’t know about meetup.com I highly recommend you join (it’s free) and you can locate people in your city, town or neighbourhood, who share your interests and hobbies. You may decide to set up your own meetup group if what you’re looking for is not already available.

I joined meetup in 2012 and attended some not-for-profit education sessions run by Netsquare Wellington [shout out ;0)], since then I’ve attended about 15 or so meetups, in different locations, and connected with interesting folks, some of who have become collaborators or clients.

So if you’re interested in learning how to visualise your ideas, concepts or projects then join the Sketchology group on meetup and let me know if you’d like me to host a free, 1 hour, Learn to Sketch meetup in your neighbourhood.

Upcoming meetup

As I’m currently based in Napier, I’ve set up a free, 1 hour, Learn to Sketch your Ideas session on Tuesday 16 April, 2019 at the Creative Arts Napier centre, 16 Byron Street, Napier from 6pm to 7pm.

So if you’re local or have friends and family who are, let them know, please note that you do need to join meetup.com (it’s free) to be able to register for this meetup session.
